HGTV has rewarded “Flip or Flop Atlanta” a quick second season renewal.

Why? The first five episodes have averaged more than 1.5 million viewers since it debuted July 20, a solid performance.

Woodstock husband-and-wife team Ken Corsini, a licensed contractor, and his wife Anita, a real estate and design expert, have flipped hundreds of homes for more than 12 years.

Episodes air Thursdays at 9 p.m. Season two will have 12 episodes and air in 2018.

“The performance of ‘Flip or Flop Atlanta’ is exactly what we anticipated,” said John Feld, senior vice president of programming for HGTV, DIY Network and Great American Country. “The Corsinis’ real estate and budgeting savvy, expansive renovations, and seemingly effortless ability to manage their business relationship is inspiring for anyone who has ever thought about flipping a house.”
